We are pleased to offer delivery services across India.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling ₹399 or more are eligible for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below ₹399, a nominal shipping fee of ₹45 (inclusive of GST) will be applied.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Post-dispatch, products are expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location. Please note that business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure timely and secure deliveries, we have partnered with reputable courier services, including Anjani Courier, DTDC, and Shiprocket.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing the tracking number and the name of the courier partner handling your shipment. You can use this information to monitor your order’s progress.

Packaging

We prioritize the safe delivery of your products. Items are packaged securely using appropriate materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, and tamper-evident seals to prevent damage during transit.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If both attempts are unsuccessful due to unavailability or incorrect address details, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our customer support to arrange a re-delivery or to address any concerns.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to addresses within India.

Address Modification

Once an order is placed, modifications to the delivery address are not permitted. If you need to change the address, please cancel the existing order before it is dispatched and place a new order with the correct details.
