3.2. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • In case of unauthorized transactions or disputes, customers should immediately contact their bank and social@satrishi.com.

  • Orders flagged as high-risk may be canceled, and the amount refunded to the original payment source.

4. Refunds & Payment Reversals

  • Refund Process: If your order is eligible for a refund (as per our Cancellation & Return Policy), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to a product defect, damage, or order cancellation before dispatch.
