1. Order Cancellations

1.1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To do so:
    • Log in to your account on satrishi.com.
    • Navigate to the “My Orders” section.
    • Select the specific order and click on the “Cancel” option.

    Alternatively, you can contact our customer support to request a cancellation.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return upon receipt, following the return process outlined below.

1.2. Cancellation by Satrishi Healthcare

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Pricing Errors: If there is an error in the pricing information.
  • Product Unavailability: If the product is out of stock.
  • Order Quantity: If the ordered quantity is not available.
  • Other Reasons: Any other reason deemed appropriate by the company.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Returns and Replacements

2.1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If the product is damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect Products: If you receive a product different from what was ordered.
  • Expired Products: If the product delivered is expired.

2.2. Return Window

  • Standard Products: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Damaged/Incorrect/Expired Products: You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

2.3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety concerns, the following items are non-returnable unless they meet the conditions mentioned above:

  • Health supplements
  • Personal care products
  • Any opened or used items

2.4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

2.5. Return Process

  • Information Required: Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photographs as evidence.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the product through our courier partners.

2.6. Return Shipping Charges

There are no charges for return shipping. We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

2.7. Refunds

  • Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Method: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is canceled or returned.

3. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
